Every soft toy we offer has been carefully inspected, cleaned, refreshed, and prepared for its new home through our Teddy TLC process.

2. Our Products

All soft toys sold by MoreCuddles are preloved items and may show signs of their previous adventures. We carefully inspect each toy and provide accurate descriptions, photographs, and condition information to help you understand what you are adopting.

Due to the nature of preloved products, every soft toy is unique. Small imperfections, signs of wear, or minor marks may be present and are part of each toy’s history and character.

We aim to accurately represent every product; however, colours may vary slightly depending on your device or screen settings.

3. Safety and Age Guidance

Our soft toys are advertised according to their condition, available safety information, and conformity markings.

Where a soft toy has the appropriate CE or UKCA conformity marking and meets relevant safety requirements, it may be advertised as suitable for children.

Where a soft toy does not have the required conformity marking or safety information, it will be advertised as suitable for display purposes only and not intended as a children’s toy.

As all MoreCuddles soft toys are preloved, we recommend regularly checking toys for signs of damage, wear, or deterioration. Any toy showing significant damage should no longer be used.

4. Orders and Payment

By placing an order through our website, you are offering to purchase the selected products at the stated price.

Once payment has been successfully received, you will receive an order confirmation. Your order will then be prepared and dispatched by MoreCuddles.

We reserve the right to cancel an order if:

A product has been listed incorrectly
A product is no longer available
There are issues with payment processing

If an order is cancelled, any payment received will be refunded.

All prices are displayed in GBP (£).

5. Delivery

All MoreCuddles orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48 unless otherwise stated.

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Royal Mail Tracked 48 aims to deliver parcels within approximately 2 working days after dispatch. However, delivery times may vary due to circumstances outside of our control, including postal delays, busy periods, or unexpected disruptions.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. MoreCuddles cannot be held responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If your parcel is delayed, damaged, or appears to be missing, please contact us and we will work with you and Royal Mail to help resolve the issue.

6. Returns and Refunds

We want every MoreCuddles adoption to be loved. If you change your mind about your purchase, you have the right to request a return in accordance with UK consumer regulations.

You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to return an item.

Returned items must be sent back in the same condition they were received and must be suitable for resale.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Due to hygiene considerations, we may not be able to accept returns where a product has been used, washed, altered, or is no longer in its original condition.

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your adoption, please contact us as soon as possible with details and photographs so we can help resolve the issue.

7. Hygiene and Care

Before adoption, every soft toy goes through our Teddy TLC process, which includes inspection, cleaning, and refreshing.

However, as our toys are preloved, they may have previously been in different environments. If you or someone in your household has allergies or sensitivities, please consider this before purchasing.

We recommend following our care guidance to help keep your adopted soft toy looking and feeling loved for years to come.

All content on the MoreCuddles website, including photographs, logos, branding, written content, and designs, belongs to MoreCuddles unless otherwise stated.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior permission.
