Every pre-loved soft toy undergoes a thorough inspection and careful cleaning before being made available for adoption. This page provides important information on our safety standards, age guidance, and care recommendations to help ensure each cuddly companion can be enjoyed safely for years to come.

Cleaning & Preparation
Each cuddly companion receives our Teddy TLC process before leaving More Cuddles. Each toy is carefully cleaned, refreshed and prepared to ensure it arrives in the best condition possible while preserving its original character and charm.
Safety Inspection
Every soft toy undergoes a detailed inspection before being listed for adoption we carefully assess each toy for loose seams, detached or loose components, excessive wear, tears, damaged stuffing, and any other features that could affect it's safety or suitability. Toys that do not meet our standards are not offered for adoption.
Age Guidance
Where a soft toy retains a genuine CE or UKCA conformity marking and remains in good condition following our inspection, it may be advertised as suitable for children aged 3 or over unless the manufacturer states otherwise. Soft toys that do not have a CE or UKCA conformity marking, will only be advertised as display items, this will be labelled clearly within the listing.
Allergies & Sensitivities
As all More Cuddles soft toys are pre-loved, they have been exposed to different environments before arriving with us. While every toy is carefully cleaned and refreshed, we cannot guarantee that all allergens or traces of previous exposure have been completely removed.
If you or the recipient t has known allergies or sensitivities, we recommend taking this into consideration before adopting a pre-loved soft toy.
Ongoing Safety Checks
Although every toy is carefully inspected before adoption, we recommend checking your cuddly companion upon arrival and regularly throughout its use. If any damage develops, including loose parts, torn fabric or weakened seams, the toy should be removed from use until it has been safely repaired. Where manufacturer's care instructions are available, these should always be followed.
Packaging
Every More Cuddles adoption is carefully packaged to help protect your soft toy during delivery. We ensure packaging is secure and suitable for the journey, while selecting multiple materials that are appropriate and responsible wherever possible. Please check your parcel and remove all packaging materials before giving the toy to a child.
Pre-Loved Toys
Every More Cuddles adoption has its own history. As pre-loved items, some toys may have minor cosmetic signs from their previous adventures, adding to their unique character. Any significant wear, repairs or imperfections will always be clearly described and photographed within the individual listing.
