How do I donate my soft toys?
Simply pop your soft friends in a secure parcel and send them to our Royal Mail PO box:

Do my soft toys need to be in perfect condition?
Not at all! We understand that some of the best-loved friends have a few signs of their previous adventures. We'll do our best to lean and repair the friends we can, but unfortunately, we can't guarantee that every donated soft toy will be suitable for rehoming.
Do I need to wash my soft toys before sending them?
We'd appreciate donations arriving clean and dry wherever possible. However, they don't need to look brand-new!
Can I send more than one soft toy?
Of course! We'd be delighted to welcome multiple soft friends in one parcel. If you're including stories or names, please make sure it's clear which story belongs to which friend.Â
Can I include a name or story with my donation?
Absolutely, In fact, we'd love you to.Â

If your soft friend has a name, or a little story from their previous adventure, we'd love you to include it. These little details can help us preserve their history and share a piece of their story with their next family
Will my donated soft toy appear on your website?
We can't guarantee that every donation will appear on our website. Some may find homes through events or our charity partners, while others may not be suitable for rehoming.
Do you accept donations from outside the UK?
At the moment, we're only able to accept donations sent from within the UK.Â
